Happy Birthday Card-Challenge

Well, this was a special project since I was making a Birthday Card for my Mother. I used the mom heart card file from creative pointe website.  I used my Pazzles Inspiration die cutting machine to cut out the hearts and the card. I popped up the heart using the "Action Wobble Spring". Red ribbon and birthday cupcake card stock paper I picked up from Michaels Craft Store.  Lastly, I printed out “Happy Birthday Mom” using Microsoft Word. Don't forget to leave a comment on my blog about the listed  Project and head on over to the Creative Cutting Challenge.

Valentine’s Day Card Challenge

For this challenge I made two cards.  The first one I used red card stock, then olive green on top that I embossed using the sizzix hearts embossing folder. The Valentine Hearts cutting file is from creative pointe website. It was cut out using my Pazzles Inspiration die cutting machine. I used my pen tool to draw the white line inside the heart. Lastly, I used some ribbon that I got from Michaels Craft store that says "Happy Valentine's Day."

For the last card I used the same Valentine Hearts file.  Using the Pazzles Inspiration software I mirrored and duplicated the heart then joined them together to create the heart card. I useded the print and cut feature for the from of the card.  The inside of the card I cut out using white cardstock. Finally, I added some bling around the front of the card.

Don't forget to leave a comment on my blog about the listed Valentine’s Day project and head on over to the Creative Cutting Challenge.

Valentine’s Day Project

Happy New Year to everyone and I hope that your holiday was full of excitement and that you enjoyed being with your family.  Our first challenge of the new year is a Valentine’s Day Project and I hope that you find inspiration to create your project.  For this project I used the cut file “Pillow Box” from creative pointe website.  I made these little treat boxes for my son’s class and  below you will see a few of those that I have completed.  Please keep in mind that these pillow boxes are good for all occasions.  I used my  Pazzles Inspiration die cutting machine to cut out the pillow box, butterfly and acrylic heart.  For the butterfly I stamped it on a white sheet of paper using black ink, then scanned it into the Pazzles Inspiration software to make an outline.  Once I created the outline, I cut  the butterfly shape out and stamped onto the image.  I used the Sizzix  valentine set #3 embossing folder to embossed the red pillow box, then I attached a red ribbon from Michaels. Lastly, I cut out acrylic hearts using my Pazzles Inspiration die cutting machine and stamp it using red, purple and silver alcohol ink. Don't forget to leave a comment on my blog about the listed Valentine’s Day project and head on over to the Creative Cutting Challenge.
